eStila offers exchanges or credit notes for full priced items returned within 10 days of purchase minus shipping costs. No refunds are offered.
Faulty Items - We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please email right away and provide a photo or two showing the defect/fault. We will then send the style back to the brand were they will decide to accept the fault and provide a refund, fix or credit note. In the rare event your item has a make-up stain on it we are happy to credit you the dry cleaning bill. A refund will not be issued.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase. We send off our orders with no signature required and it will be left in a safe place by Aus post if no one is home, please contact us if you wish the receive signature required with your parcel.
We advise to choose the extra $7.50 safe postage cover by Australia post just incase that if the parcel does goes missing, Australia post will reimburse you for the full amount of the parcel. Minus the shipping cost. If the parcel does go missing and you haven't chosen the safe postage cover, unfortunately we will not be able to reimburse you for the full amount. It will be up to Australia post to determine how much they can reimburse you for your parcel.
Store credit is strictly valid for 6 months.
Under no circumstances we will be aloud to accept any credit notes that are after the 6 month expiry date. Please keep that in mind.
Garments must be in original condition an all original tags must be attached with proof of purchase.
All orders that are eligible for free shipping, are shipped by standard. If you need your order expressed please contact the store. Express shipping is usually 2 business days but because of Australia post being it’s own company we can never guarantee when the parcel will arrive.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your return BEFORE sending the item back to us. Returns must be done at the cost of the customer and has to be expressed if the customer is wanting an exchange. Please send back items with a tracking code. eStila Boutique holds no responsibility for items lost, its best to keep your tracking number. In regards to an online exchange, you will need to choose the style and size before we send you the return address.
PROMO/ SALE ITEMS - promo and sale items can only be exchanged within 10 days, no credit notes can be given on sale or promo discounts. Please note when we are on a promo we are unable to exchange for the same item to receive the promo discount.
Online credit notes - Once we have approved your return and we have received your return we will email you an automatic credit note via email and also send you a seperate email stating that we've sent you your online credit note. Please look out in your junk emails if you do not receive these emails.All sale/promo items are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered.
